The OCJ Group has joined forces with Kent Stastny, founder of Quanteam Staffing a specialty IT staffing company that focuses on Healthcare IT and training personnel staffing.

The healthcare industry is going through major technolgy changes that will continue for years to come.  A recent study indicates that only 19 to 20 % of healthcare facilities have sucessfully implemented EHR applications to level 6.  This provides an incredible opportuntiy to staffing firms such as The OCJ Group to support such a widespread trnsformation in an entire industry.  This transformation is in keeping with the Governments plan to have all health record available electronically by 2014.

Quanteam began buliding an impressive database of healthcare IT personnel in 2004 and will be a big factor in supporting this new initiative.
