2009 was a difficult year for the Staffing Industry and contracting in general.  So as we enter this new decade we are putting these “not so good” times behind us and looking to this New Year for positive results – both from our recruiting efforts and our account management.

And positive they are!  For the first 4 weeks of 2010 we are seeing signs of a Contract Employment recovery.  Our customers are hoping to hire qualified contract personnel and we are seeing the availability of highly qualified contractor personnel.  We are confident that as the economy settles into this New Year during the first quarter that we will see a positive employment picture for the remainder of 2010.

LINDA YEH comes to The OCJ Group with over 10 years of successful Staffing Industry Recruiting and Account Management experience.  Linda has extensive experience in both Contract and Full-time placements.  She will oversee our recruiting effort for a select group of accounts.

SHERRY EWING also has 10 years of  Account Management and Recruiting experience in the Staffing Industry.  Sherry has a technical background as an SQL Programmer and a Technical Writer.  She will be responsible for account development in Southern CA.

SHARRON MOORE has extensive experience in both the Staffing Industry and in Software Development.  Sharron has a strong technical background in developing ERP and CRM solutions.  She will be responsible for account management for our new Full-Time placement initiative.

With these additions to our staff both Robin Dahn, President and Mark Brenner, Executive Vice President have positioned The OCJ Group to continue to be a leader in the Staffing Industry.
