Her dedication to supporting her customers with quality personnel and her knowledge of the Information Technology marketplace has enabled her to become an expert in the Staffing Industry. Under Ms. Dahn's leadership, The OCJ Group has become one of the premier company's in the field.

Ms Dahn began her career with Addecco (formerly Adia) and has worked as a recruiter, account manager and manager. She also worked for a specialized Information Technology staffing and solutions company in the Bay Area as a Sr. Account Manager.

Ms. Dahn's professional achievements have been acknowledged by both The Los Angeles Business Journal and the San Fernando Valley Business Journal from whom she received a nomination for the "Woman Who Mean Business Award" in 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007. She is an active member of three Chamber of Commerce organizations, NAWBO and WITI. She frequently participates in many fundraising and outreach programs throughout the community.
